Finally, Mike Posner's long awaited debut album has dropped. I'm a bit late on posting this since I was at the beach when the album came out. To be completely honest, it hasn't met my expectations, but then again, I think I expected a bit too much. Listen for yourself. The album is on iTunes.
So a snippet of this song appeared a few days ago, but here's the full version. This song is set to be the first single off Wayne's I'm Not A Human Being EP, which is due to drop in late September. The beat is really nice, and don't be scared by the autotune Wayne that you hear in the first few seconds of the song (it doesn't continue). Definitely worth the download.

After a release of the radio rip and a clean version, Cudi finally gives us the dirty cd quality version of Erase Me. It's pretty good, and Kanye usually just makes songs better. Despite the many people that barely new anything about Uruguay going into the World Cup, Diego Forlan, the star striker for the Celeste, has been awarded the Golden Ball award. This award is given to the best player of the tournament as voted by the world media. People will surely pay attention to Uruguay now, as the team also finished in the fourth place (the final South American team in the tournament). Forlan beat out Wesley Sneijder and David Villa, who both played in the final on Sunday, due to his ridiculous consistency as both a goal scorer and a play maker, routinely dropping into the midfield to create for the players around him. Uruguay is on to the semi-finals of the world cup after an extremely dramatic win over Ghana, the last African team left in the tournament. With seconds left in extra time, Luis Suarez swatted a header off the goal line and was ejected immediately. However, Asomoah Gyan hit the ensuing penalty kick off the crossbar, sending the game to a penalty shootout. Fernando Muslera, the 24-year-old Uruguay goal keeper, came up big in the shootout, saving two consecutive penalty shots. Sebastian Abreu then came in to seal the victory with a cheeky chip shot. In case anyone missed it, the tying goal from Diego Forlan can be seen above. Enjoy one of the better goals of this year's world cup.
